The aim of this role is to work with the HR team on various exciting projects within the Benefits and Rewards space and to help us establish the most efficient way to manage systems and processes. The role will report directly to the HR Director although will be expected to work closely with, and be an integral part of, the wider HR department. The successful applicant will play a key role in the management (and implementation) of all HR systems and will work closely with the HR, IT and 2 Finance teams, as well as various payroll and software providers, to ensure the firm's HR systems and processes support the changing needs of the business.The successful candidate will be responsible for handling the more complex systems and process queries and we are therefore looking for a pro-active self-starter who is able to operate effectively at all levels. As a member of a small team, flexibility will be key. The ideal candidate will have:

  • at least two years’ proven experience in HR projects and systems, ideally in Open HR but this is not essential, within an HR team
  • IT skills that include an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel (specifically ‘vlookups’, pivot tables, ‘if’ formulas etc)
  • a genuine interest in compensation and benefits including GDPR and wider related initiatives
  • excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with people at all levels
  • outstanding attention to detail and
  • the ability to prioritise work effectively.
