As HR Manager in this international law firm, you will be responsible for the delivery of HR support and advice to partners and managers for allocated departments, building strong and effective relationships with both individuals and managers involved in those teams.   You will be seen as the first point of contact for HR queries or issues across these client groups. 

You will provide commercial advice and support to managers and partners on employee relations issues such as performance, disciplinary and grievance.  In addition, you will manage the full process of recruitment within your client groups as required, for both partner and associate recruitment activities.  This will include the creation of job descriptions, consider direct sourcing methods, managing relationships with key recruitment agencies, interviewing, testing and advising on selection. 

To be considered for this opportunity you will be an experienced generalist HR professional, ideally with experience in the legal sector or a professional services environment.  Experience in delivering high quality HR support to a sophisticated client base, dealing with senior stakeholders and forging strong relationships at every level.
