As Compensation & Benefits/HRIS Assistant for this leading international law firm, you will assist the Compensation & Benefits team (as well as the generalist HR team).  As well as providing key compensation and benefit administrative support, you will be the ‘go to’ person for the HR Information System (SelectHR) and for management reporting.  You will also assist with the administrative support of all CSR initiatives.

You will work closely with the HR team to ensure the accuracy of data, resolve system issues and answer queries relating to the use of the Flexible Benefits System and SelectHR, whether from the team or the wider business.

This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic, confident and highly organised Assistant with experience of working with HR systems and an interest in how systems are configured and developed. The successful candidate will ideally be a graduate (or graduate calibre) with previous administration experience gained within a law firm or other professional services firm.  Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills are essential, together with first class written and verbal communication skills.
