We are looking for a Business Change Lead to join this global law firm with successfully embedding change across people, processes and technology. Reporting to the Head of Business Change, your primary focus will be to facilitate faster adoption and the long term success of change initiatives so that projects maximise value, minimise risk and sustain benefits.

The Business Change Lead will play a significant role working on a large transformation programme focused on implementing process change and maximising business efficiencies. This role is responsible for owning the business change activities as well as working closely with the business to ensure stakeholder needs are effectively managed, and the required leaders are able to drive the cultural change required to making the programme a success.

The job holder will have experience with large scale, complex change implementations, demonstrating familiarity with change management principles and an understanding of the people implications of business change. Key change activities include stakeholder engagement and communications, change impact assessments, cultural assessments,

sponsorship coaching, readiness assessments and transition management. The job holder will also be familiar with project management approaches (e.g.: Prince 2) and phases of the project lifecycle.
