As HR Manager you will work closely with the HR Director, offering support to manage and develop the HR team ensuring it meets its operational and strategic objectives.

You will provide a full range of HR generalist support to the firm working closely with your allocated practice areas and business support teams, partnering with them to provide HR and employment advice and dealing with all levels of employee relations issues. You will also be responsible for the running of pre-agreed projects in line with the team’s business objectives with a focus on culture and values, engagement, performance and productivity, diversity and inclusion, wellbeing and agile working.

The successful candidate will have operated ideally at Manager or Senior HR Advisor level and have managed complex ER cases. You will be degree and CIPD qualified.
