This leading, alternative legal service is looking for a Head of BD & Clients to lead their business development function from their Leeds office. The Head of BD & Clients will manage the highly successful, growing BD team of five, creating strategic BD plans, and assisting with their implementation. As my client offers an alternative legal service, the Business Development & Clients team are both internal and external client facing, able to manage sales pipeline, and confidently pitch to clients. The Head of BD & Clients will bring experience in RFPs, as they will develop best practice for the offering, as well as taking a lead in face to face pitch meetings.

The Head of BD & Clients will thrive in the challenge of professional services, with evident experience of business development within an equity partnership, as they will also lead in promoting this alternative legal service to partners internally, to maximise potential revenue. The will be adept at cross-selling, able to stop opportunities and develop relationships with people across the business. The will understand the importance of presenting the firm as thought leaders, and enjoy working with many different types of clients.
