We are working with a leading law firm to hire an interim Finance Systems Project Manager to set up a deliver a firm-wide PMS implementation and affiliated projects.

Reporting to the Finance Director you will be leading the end to end planning and implementation of the project. Responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
  • Defining project tasks and resource requirements
  • Developing project plans, managing budgets and cost control
  • Assembling and coordinating project staff and managing project resource allocation
  • Planning and scheduling project timelines and tracking project deliverables
  • Providing direction and support to the project team

The successful candidate will understand contractual and business requirements and scope and be an experienced in building relationships with varied stakeholders. In addition effective management of risks, issues and interdependencies and excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential. Experience with Elite 3E and Aderant is highly desirable
