A fantastic and newly created role working for one of the leading law firms in Lincolnshire.  You will develop, lead and drive the business development and marketing for this firm. Your role will be client-facing and you be responsible for new business and building strong connections in the business community, in line with the firm strategy. This will be a very high-profile role and will need someone who has previous experience within a law firm or who has worked with law firms and understands the culture. You will be a great influencer with a track record of getting the job done.

Your role will encompass the full remit of planning, targeting, managing pitches and tenders, spotting opportunities, attending and identifying key industry events and conferences, and targeted, focused communications. You will work very closely with the fee earners on their individual plans and help instil a BD culture and provide training and support.
