This leading and highly regarded national law firm is looking to hire a Project Manager to lead in the successful delivery of projects that will support the implementation of the firms strategy and the ongoing efficiency and effectiveness of the partnership and the business services team.

Working with key stakeholder groups across the firm, the Project Manager will be focused on the successful delivery of  projects that range from technology enabled change, business performance, process improvement and strategy and policy development. Specifically the role will ensure that:

  • the firm’s investment spend on projects and initiatives delivers maximum return on such investment
  • projects are set up for successful delivery and, subsequently, well-managed
  • project risks are well-controlled
  • change impacts are anticipated, communicated and implemented in such a way as to minimise disruption to the firm’s business.

Candidates will need to be able to demonstrate innovation, drive and possess strong people management skills with a proven track record in this area. Excellent communication skills, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels is required. A systems analysis background will be helpful as there may be an opportunity to assist in  systems analysis on some projects.
