As Reward Advisor within the HR team of this leading commercial law firm, your role is to support the delivery of the firm’s reward strategy and programmes and to process the firm’s monthly payroll.

Duties & Responsibilities include:

  • Act as the ‘centre of expertise’ on reward policy, advise on compensation package design for new hires and promotions
  • Manage the firm’s benefits programmes
  • Process the firms monthly payroll in a timely and accurate manner
  • Support the annual salary review process
  • Propose and develop new reward and benefit programmes
  • Maintain the firm’s Wellbeing programme
  • Take responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the HR database

You will have a credible and proven track record of success within Reward (including managing a payroll process) ideally within a professional services environment.  A proactive and forward looking approach with a real interest in reward innovation and engagement.
