This award-winning international law firm is looking for a CRM Systems Manager to join their established marketing and BD function, to be based in either their Leeds or Manchester offices. Boasting impressive growth in recent years, this UK headquartered law firm is focusing on further developing their BD and marketing function to accompany their growth. The CRM Systems Manager will lead a busy CRM systems team, working directly with stakeholders of all levels as well as other business services teams.

The CRM Systems Manager is responsible for driving and developing the firm’s technical capabilities to ensure client relationships are maintained and maximised, and plays a key role in how the firm’s reputation is managed, knowledge is shared and how the client relationship data is utilised. The CRM Systems Manager’s day to day role will be advising on CRM systems best practice, creating and running bespoke and group training, developing CRM strategy to support marketing initiatives and improving the systems functionality (working with external suppliers where needed).

The successful candidate will have previous experience in CRM systems in a professional services organisation, such as a law firm or accounting firm. Experience in managing an overall CRM system would be beneficial but my client is open to experienced executives looking to step into a manager role.
