A rare opportunity has arisen to develop and lead the bids team at a global law firm. You will provide strategic direction around how they go to market with their pitches and proposals and you will also get involved at a tactical level.  You will work closely with Global BD Director, the partners and the rest of the marketing and business development team to deliver the best service possible.

You will develop and implement best practice and advise on the right approach to pitching, using your influencing skills to ensure how the firm goes to market differentiates itself from its competitors.

This is a high level role which requires commercial strategic thinking, an innovative approach and strong team management skills, but you will also be very good at the writing, implementing best practice and tactical side of bids. You will already be operating at a similar level or looking for your next step up within professional services or a similar environment. Dealing with international offices is also important as is understanding cultural sensitivities across the firm at all levels.
