  • Description: The HR Manager will work closely with the HR Director and Head of HR to support the firm to achieve its strategy and business plans through the development and implementation of an overall people strategy. The role will work with the secretarial and HR population of the firm and will require a strong blend of strategic and operational HR experience. This should include developing operational/functional expertise, organisational design, change management as well as policy development, process improvement and providing expert advice in relation to complex ER issues.
