This London based, full service and award-winning law firm is looking for a CRM Systems Manager to manage their new CRM system. Having hired a new Director of Business Development in 2017, my client hired a consultant to implement their new database system, and are now looking for a CRM Systems Manager to join them on a permanent basis, to lead and manage the ongoing development of their CRM.

The CRM Systems Manager will champion the best practice and use of the firm’s CRM System, training all from senior management to business services teams, as well as through continuous written and verbal communications, including presentations where needed. The CRM Systems Manager will work with business development, the Partners and secretaries to develop the systems usage and suggest strategic improvements.

The successful candidate will be passionate about CRM Systems, with previous experience ideally from a professional services firm such as accounting, law or consultancy. My client is open to which system experience applicants have, however, awareness of a professional services CRM such as InterAction, One Place or MS Dynamics will be high beneficial. The successful candidate will also be confident in building relationships across the business, as this is truly an advisory role that will require proactive thinking and action, as oppose to database management.
