Working with the Head of HR UK, the Head of Global Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing strategy, and the Global Diversity Partner lead to develop, deliver, and embed the UK Diversity and Wellbeing programme, ensuring alignment with global diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing goals.

Areas of focus for diversity and inclusion include but are not limited to: gender, gender identity, race, ethnicity, religion, disability, sexual orientation, social mobility, working families, and age. Areas of focus for wellbeing include but are not limited to: mental, physical, social, and financial.

The ideal candidate will be a graduate or of graduate calibre with several years D&I/Wellbeing experience either in a law firm or a similar professional services culture.
