The business based in London provides strategic Consultancy services to organisations around the globe. Due to high client demand they are growing their core management team. The role of the Business Operations Manager is a key role within the management team. The role is responsible for the operations delivery, including:

  • Oversight of all client assignments
  • Lead Associate team allocation to client assignments
  • Programme co-ordination of all large scale client assignments with support from Business Operations Co-ordinator
  • Continuous process improvement of business processes
  • Key point of contact for all Client and Associates queries and logistic arrangements (T's & C's, invoicing, travel mgt, logistic management)
  • Ownership of billing and invoicing processes with Clients, Associates and act as key contact for the Finance team on financial processes
  • Responsible for producing meaningful, accurate management information and reports
  • Review and analyse data from CRM system in order to obtain true end to end service reporting

The successful candidate will have experience working in a similar role within professional services. You will have the ability to organise and prioritise day to day workload, superb organisational skills with an acute attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
