As part of the Innovation team you will play a key role in assisting the firm wide innovation committee to drive forward strategy, agenda and prioritisation process for innovation at the firm. Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with and attending Innovation Committee meetings, coordinating speakers, collating background materials and supporting the Head of Innovation with outputs following those meetings.
  • Setting up Innovation Network Hub meetings, creating relevant agendas and supporting the Head of Innovation with outputs following those meetings.
  • Supporting the Head of Innovation and Innovation Committee to develop a creative culture and infrastructure in support of idea generation and driving engagement with the firm’s innovation agenda
  • Supporting the Head of Innovation and Innovation Committee to develop a creative culture and infrastructure in support of idea generation and driving engagement with the firm’s innovation agenda.
  • Managing the firm’s Innovation events programme with the L&D team, including researching and selecting speakers and topics.

The successful candidate will have a keen interest in legal service innovation and legal technology and an enthusiasm for developing new skills. Experience of working in a legal or other professional services environment is desired.
