As Diversity & Corporate Responsibility Senior Manager for this leading global law firm, you will ensure that all diversity and wellbeing initiatives are being implemented and adhered to throughout the firm.

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Responsible for the international programme and creating impact firm-wide
  • To ensue wellbeing activity is incorporated into all HR and business processes and policies and ensure regulatory requirements are met
  • To drive the diversity and wellbeing strategy across the UK and international offices
  • Link in with US colleagues to drive a consistent approach to the firm’s corporate responsibility, diversity and wellbeing agenda
  • To co-ordinate and project manage diversity and wellbeing initiatives
  • Work closely with internal teams and Partners in creating opportunities to collaborate and engage with clients and deepen these relationships through the firm’s networks and directly with stakeholders
  • Work closely with external bodies to benchmark progress against vest practice and keep up to date with the latest development in diversity and wellbeing research and thinking
  • Manage the diversity and wellbeing budgets
  • Manage and lead on driving forward the network activity

To be considered for this opportunity you will have demonstrable experience in creating and delivering HR/D&I projects including change programmes.  Your experience will have been gained in a law firm or wider professional services firm.
