This award winning law firm is looking to add to its team by recruiting a HR Business Partner for a maternity cover contract.

The purpose of the HR Business Partner role is to work with and influence key stakeholders and partners to improve business performance by identifying areas for improvement and facilitating change initiatives. This HR Business Partner role will support a range of practice groups and work closely with the HR Director and Head of HR (the senior HR team) on a daily basis.  The role holder will also work closely with the two already established HR Business Partners.

The successful candidate must have experience working in a professional services firm and have operated at HR Business Partner, Senior HR Advisor or HR Manager Level previously.
