As Senior HR Projects for this leading global law firm, you will play an integral role in overseeing delivery of HR project activity in line with the strategic goals of the firm and their values. 

Reporting to the International HR Director, and working closely with the various Heads of HR and HR Managers, the role will blend both knowledge of HR process and best practice with a clear understanding of the project management discipline.

You will devise and own the HR Project plan and ensure key milestones are identified and communicated to key stakeholders.  Main HR projects will include:

  • Remuneration
  • Induction and integration
  • Mobility
  • Global policies e.g. bullying and harassment
  • Support as necessary to country HR teams
  • Alumni
  • Satisfaction surveys
  • Mergers and new office opening
  • Agile working

You must have the ability and willingness to share best practice knowledge and experience and adapt quickly to different pressures and workloads.  You will demonstrable experience of managing projects from initiation to completion. Experience in a partnership environment is strongly preferred.
