This is a newly created Head of Learning & Development role for a specialist UK firm.  The firm have grown very quickly and although there is some L&D in place, they are now at a stage where a more formalised programme is needed.  The Head of L&D will pull together an L&D strategy (this will be a mix of individual self-development and overall training for the firm) and work closely with key stakeholders to roll it out.

The successful candidate will have significant experience in a senior L&D role within a law firm coupled with a genuine enthusiasm for making a difference through L&D.  Coaching skills would be beneficial and a willingness to get stuck in is a must. 

Some UK travel is required.
