This role supports the Reward & Benefits Manager and is responsible for co-ordinating the day to day Reward & Benefits activities within the HR team. 

The role’s key focus is the communication and implementation of company benefits internally (i.e. private medical insurance, season ticket and computer loans, gym membership etc), and salary sacrifice benefits through our flexible benefits scheme (such as G.A.Y.E, health assessments, group pension scheme etc).  

The job holder will also take responsibility for the collation of annual salary benchmarking data and assist in the annual salary review process.

Accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to link and assess the impact of reward and benefit policies and procedures is essential.
