The successful candidate will be working directly with clients (both domestic and international) on significant matters and will focus on demonstrating to clients operational cost effectiveness to improve delivery on fee-estimates and alternative fee-arrangements. 

Working with legal project managers, lawyers and client engagement teams, your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring effective project resource management – ensuring that it is aligned to its pricing strategy 
  • Involvement on specific (multi-jurisdictional) legal matters, which may include client contact, process coordination & refinement, and fee/scope management, management/coordination of other office resources
  • Contributing to team's provision of status reports and collaborative IT sites, and resolving issues / troubleshooting where needed
  • Internal consultancy - including continuous improvement projects, gathering learnings, analysis & know how, refining process and implementing change, advising on innovative use of IT for matters

Candidates will be considered from a range of project management backgrounds including professional services, telecoms and financial services. In addition candidate will be able to demonstrate an ability to cover a wide range and level of tasks from thinking strategically to troubleshooting detail where needed.
