This leading global law firm is looking to hire a Head of Service Delivery. This is a newly created opportunity that will drive a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence through the harnessing of the firms legal technology, legal project management, service excellence and knowledge/ professional support lawyer work streams.

Reporting to the practice group head you will be responsible for setting a strategy and implementing an offering that will deliver client focused innovation and service excellence. Leveraging the capabilities of the legal tech, legal project management and PSL teams you will be responsible for:

  • Building a world class legal tech solution that is capable of developing and deploying best in class technology tools
  • Developing a Legal Project Management capability that can be engaged on complex client matters and supports ongoing continuous improvement
  • Creating a culture that fosters innovation, captures best practice and industrialises new ideas
  • Working closely with the knowledge and PSL teams to understand their deliverables and ensure that their links and outputs are aligned to the legal tech, innovation and LPM teams.

Candidates will need to demonstrate a track record in driving significant change in a partnership environment whilst building strong internal and external relationships at the highest level in order to implement strategic change. In addition you will be able to operate at both a commercial and creative level and have a good understanding of the legal market especially in the areas of technology and innovation.
