The Senior HR Business Partner will work closely with the Global Head of HR to support the firm to achieve its global strategy and business plans through the development and implementation of an overall people strategy.

The role will require a strong blend of strategic and operational HR experience. This should include developing operational/functional expertise, organisational design, change management as well as policy development, process improvement and providing expert advice in relation to complex ER issues.

The successful candidate will ideally come from the legal sector or if not then professional services and have TUPE experience.
