The main purpose of the role is to work alongside the Learning & Development Director to manage the full Learning and Development program for the London office. The role will include design, delivery and be the main point of contact for the L&D function.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Relevant undergraduate degree (2:1 classification or above preferred)
  • Prior experience in a Learning and Development role ideally within the legal sector
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint
