This is a fantastic opportunity for a business development specialist who has real commercial vision. You will be responsible for leading the real estate sector, managing the go to market strategy and driving profitability.

Acting as a trusted adviser to the partners, you will work with the wider business development team on targeting and cross selling opportunities, liaising with the bids team on compelling propositions.  You will manage a number of priority real estate clients. You will create hot topics, thought leadership and multi-channel campaigns which demonstrates the firm’s in-depth knowledge of this key sector and their clients.

If you are passionate about the real estate sector, have been client-facing and have demonstrable experience in working collegially and influencing senior stakeholders, then this is a great career opportunity.   You will have previous business development experience at both a strategic and tactial level. You will ideally have worked within the real estate or wider professional services sector and be wanting to develop your career with a forward-thinking, innovative and creative firm.
