This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic minded HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join the HR Team.  Reporting to the HR Director they will play an essential part in working with senior stakeholders to ensure that the People Agenda is at the forefront to what the team does.

The Head of HR will serve as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues.

The successful candidate will need to build trust with the leadership and support them through the change, so the business sees the value of the HRBP as a strategic business enabler. The Head of HR needs to ensure all the operational needs of the business are met as well as being more proactive in anticipating HR related needs due to the strategic direction of the area they are supporting and seek to develop integrated solutions.

The successful candidate will have experience working as a true HR Business Partner in a professional services firm, ideally legal but not essential.
