This leading UK law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Learning & Development Manager on a maternity cover contract to join its well-established team to help deliver the highly regarded training and development programmes for the firm.

The role will contribute to managing the full training cycle and will work closely with the Head of Learning & Development.  

The successful candidate will be a highly efficient organiser, with the ability to demonstrate initiative and the ability to work under pressure.   Clear and confident communication skills are a must as the role involves dealing with internal and external clients on a daily basis. A proven track record of training delivery is essential, as is experience gained in a law firm.

The successful candidate will need to be available from the beginning of January or sooner.
