This London headquartered global law firm boasts impressive, continuous growth over the last 10 years. With said growth, my client has gradually reshaped the global BD and marketing function to service all offices and practices. They are now looking to hire a CRM Systems Manager, in a newly created role, to develop and implement a BD systems strategy globally. The CRM Systems Manager will have a high level, autonomous role, with the support of more junior team members. They will advise the business on best practice, acting as an ambassador for the CRM system and its crucial benefits.

The successful candidate will have strong CRM systems experience from a professional services firm. My client is open to both those from the legal sector as well as accounting, consulting and property. They will be commercial, driven, passionate and a team player. 

The system my client currently uses is InterAction however they are open to those with experience on other systems such as OnePlace or MS Dynamics. 

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced CRM professional looking to lead a global firms CRM strategy, in a truly international, consultative role.
