The successful candidate will work with lawyers and legal teams to identify the best ways through which the legal project management framework can best be moulded and adopted to suit the firms client and practice-specific needs.

The role will work on a wide portfolio of projects includes helping practice areas, lawyers and business services improve the way they work, engage with and use different technologies. Specifically, the role will focus on:

  • Embedding Legal Project Management practice across the firm by working with senior stakeholders to establish Legal Project Management as the default approach to matter planning and management across the firm
  • Managing the day to day legal project management operations and providing ongoing support to lawyers on scoping, budgeting & pricing and setting up project phases on new matters.
  • Demonstrating the ongoing value of Legal Project Management to clients, lawyers and the business.

Candidates will demonstrate great lawyer understanding and possess strong communication skills with an ability to collaborate, empathise and advise. Experience of Change management, a good working knowledge of legal matters and an understanding and willingness to engage with legal technology is also required.
