Our client, a top tier Law Firm, have recently implemented a new task management solution that allows for Lawyers route their requests through to the team or person that is best suited to deal with that work. The new solution provides process and work-flow management. 

This role will report directly into the product owner and will be responsible for the improvement and firm engagement with the new solution. You will work to understand the system and how it is being used, working with the users you will help to collate and create change requests that you will track and provide updates on. As part of the team you will also make sure that the right people have access to the right work-flows and maintain documentation for the solution as well.

While you do not need to have come from a Legal background, an understanding of the function and ways of working within a Legal environment will be an advantage. 

The ideal candidate will:

  • Worked in a similar position, working with a new solution to update it and build engagement with the business
  • Have some experience of change analysis or engagement analysis
  • You will be highly organised and have demonstrable experience of working in a fast paced environment
  • You will have an interest in innovation and problem solving

You must have:

  • Strong IT skills – knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook required
  • Advanced spreadsheet or database skills is required
