This leading law firm is seeking a Head of Reward & Benefits heading up a team of 7 with 2 direct reports.

The Head of Reward & Benefits is responsible for the firm's reward and benefits programme, HR systems and global mobility.  The post-holder provides support to the London office in the main but also to international offices when required.

The payroll and pension provision are currently managed within the Finance team but the role involves a close working relationship with, and working knowledge of, both of these areas.

The role also leads on the production of the HR budgets and headcount reports along with complex management information.  

The successful candidate will have worked at a senior level with reward and benefits with experience gained in a law firm.
