We are now looking to recruit a HR Director into the firm.  The role will report to the Managing Partner and will be based in Brierley Hill. The HR Director will be the creative, proactive and dynamic focal point for developing and delivering the firm’s people strategy. They will support the partners to develop the growth and effective performance of the firm through an engaging and fulfilling working environment.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Significant experience in a senior HR management role in a professional services environment and ideally within the legal sector
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to see “the bigger picture”
  • Able to build effective relationships at all levels of the firm and with diverse contacts
  • Strong people management skills
  • Proven commitment to service delivery
  • Motivation to drive forward HR Initiatives to support the changing needs of the business
  • Commercially astute
  • An influencer who can focus on growth and return
  • Strong track record of achievement and success against objectives set
  • Ideally MCIPD qualified
  • Sound knowledge of practical HR principles
  • Specialism in specific related area of HR management e.g. compensation & benefit
  • HR best practice in areas such as employment legislation and organisational development
