This international law firm is looking for a Diversity & Inclusion Manager to join their HR & L&D team in their London office. 

A key member of the team, this role will aim to deliver an excellent, proactive and professional service to the firm. Diversity & inclusion, and CSR, are key to the firm's people strategy and employees, and there is much more to be done to build on the strong foundation they have.

The role will report to the Head of L&D, as part of the global people & talent function made up of the international HR and L&D teams.  It is a new role for the firm in being solely focused on D&I and CSR – having previously been part of an existing manager's role.  The firm recognise the need to invest time and resource in this area – hence this exciting new dedicated position has been created.

The successful candidate will have experience working in the legal sector or similar professional services firm e.g. accountancy, consultancy. You will have significant experience in diversity and inclusion and ideally have some team management experience.
