Reporting into and working closely with the Partner Heads of Banking and the Director of Business Development, you will be responsible for the ongoing development of the business development and client relationship programmes, and overseeing their execution. This is an in environment where the Partners and fee earners know what great business development looks like and are working with a pre eminent client base. They are looking for someone to work with them to continuously improve and grow the business, to respond to the opportunities, challenges and changes in the markets, and to develop new and more innovative ways of working with its clients. This is all in a culture of a global law firm who despite being one of the largest, is one of the most innovative. It is continuously challenging the way it does business, and at the forefront of developing new products and solutions for its clients.
