I’m recruiting an Internal Communications Manager for an award-winning national law firm, to be based in either Birmingham, Manchester or Leeds. They are flexible on location as members of the Marketing team as well as the HR and Employee Engagement team are based across these offices.

As Internal Communications Manager, you will be responsible for developing the Internal Comms strategy including utilising technology, as well as being hands-on in implementing the plans. You will understand how to connect with all employees at the firm, taking into consideration different locations, job roles and priorities, whilst being consistent and true to the firms’ values.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have previous Internal Comms experience in a professional services firms (law, accountancy, property consultancy)
  • Be able to work with and engage senior stakeholders, including working closely with the management board
  • Be personable, proactive and happy to pick up all variety of tasks
