This well-known international law firm is looking for a Key Account Manager to develop and implement a structured CRM plan for their flagship Real Estate group. Working with some of the firm’s top lawyers and largest clients within Real Estate, the Key Account Manager will be a specialist client relationship professional who is able to bring their KAM expertise to this flourishing firm.

Your day to day role will include working with the lawyers in London and UK-wide to understand their client objectives and client history, and will use your research and understanding of the Real Estate market to devise integrated, strategic client relationship plans. This is a hands-on role, executing the plans as well as creating them.

The successful candidate will ideally have some Real Estate/Property/Construction experience, or will at least be able to demonstrate why this industry is of interest. Professional services experience is required as this is a new role, so unfortunately experience in a stakeholder environment is a must.
