This London based law firm is looking for a new Head of HR. This is a firm that is unlike most law firms.  The firm fosters a supportive, human environment where the focus is on quality rather than quantity. The firm is genuinely encouraging and supportive of its lawyers and support staff.

Reporting to the Joint Managing Partners, the Head of HR has overall responsibility for the development and implementation of the HR (people) strategy for the firm. Comprising Learning and Development also, the primary deliverable is to ensure the firm has the right people in place at the right time, appropriately skilled and at the right cost for the firm to be able to achieve its business goals.

The role requires an experienced generalist who has the ability to cultivate trusted relationships at all levels in the firm and to support the continuous improvement of existing working practices, and HR services.  The role is varied, operating at multiple levels and encompassing all aspects of the HR remit, from sourcing and recruitment of talent, through to operational HR and L&D matters, as well as supporting and developing strategic people initiatives.
