The firm has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Head of Business Development. Reporting into the Director of Business Development & Communications, and working closely with the Head of Relationships and Head of Marketing & Communications, this is a key role within the department’s senior management team to lead the business development.

Managing a team in London and internationally, the role will ensure that the business development function provides the right commercial support to the firm and work with the Client Relationship and Marketing teams, to ensure that all activity is aligned with the firm’s overall business goals. You will be responsible for working with the partnership to further develop the firm’s approach to business development,  helping the firm to deliver top line growth and further embed a culture of business development excellence across the firm.

This a fantastic leadership role and provides a huge opportunity to drive change. The firm are looking for someone who will bring a fresh perspective and someone who will challenge. They will be empowered by the business to develop further what is in place.  The successful candidate will have a strong demonstrable track record in working with a business to grow revenue. They will have a sound understanding of business development strategy and its implementation and an in-depth understanding of client needs. Some of this experience will have been gained within an international professionals services business. Previous experience of managing and developing a team will also be essential.
