This elite law firm is looking for a business development manager who is passionate about bids or a bids manager who understands the wider BD picture.

The firm is lucky enough to be highly selective about the work they pursue and therefore these opportunities are usually high value deals that need someone with an eye for detail, creativity, consistency and someone who prides themselves on their copywriting ability. The partnership are incredibly engaged with the pursuit process making coordination much easier than in some firms. Equally they are excellent at keeping and updating deals databases and CRM meaning your time can be spent refining these documents and pitches to ensure quality.

The ideal candidate will have experience of professional services bids either from a purist of business development position. You may be part of a wider team and looking for more exposure or to work more closely with preeminent lawyers. You must have top notch writing ability and the attitude and diplomacy to coach and guide partners in high stakes pursuit management.
