Charles Russell Speechlys is looking to recruit a Head of Change Management who will be responsible for a significant programme of transformation.

Charles Russell Speechlys is an international law firm with 167 partners, 850 staff and 11 offices in the UK, Europe, Middle East and Hong Kong. The firm will turnover in excess of £150m in 2017/18 and has a particularly broad client base made up of entrepreneurial and growth businesses, family offices and individuals, major corporates and institutions.

  • To provide specialist legal services to major corporates and institutions which match and exceed the offerings of larger, more impersonal, business law firms.

 

Charles Russell Speechlys is looking to recruit a Head of Change Management who will be responsible for a significant programme of transformation.  The Firm is undertaking a series of projects that are key to the future development of the firm.  The projects include, but are not limited to, the implementation of;

 

•             practice management system, 3E

•             time recording system, Intapp

•             expenses system Chrome River

•             financial information dashboards, Quantum

•             IT to support agile working

 

Key to the role will be advising on and then implementing appropriate communications around these significant change projects.  The Head will liaise with a wide range of people in the Firm to ensure each proposal and programme delivery is achieved to the highest possible quality, within scope and to budget and within agreed timeframes to deliver against its objectives.  The role is also key to ensuring the Firm is able to provide a more efficient and progressive service for clients and a more effective and much improved working environment.  This role will report into the Managing Partner and the Executive Committee of the Firm so this is an opportunity to play an important part in delivering the strategy and to take the Firm to another level.
