The Client Development Manager works across Asia managing 4-5 key clients across different industries.
You will provide coaching and support to partners and associates entrusted with client relationship management tasks including managing client relationships regionally (and globally where relevant) to proactively address any issues, cross selling opportunities and deliver value-added services to clients.
To be successful, you will have a minimum of 5-7 years’ experience (preferably within a professional services firm) and possess sophisticated client development skills as well as a well developed influencing and presentation abilities.  Wherever located, this role will require some Mandarin skills, though there is flexibility as to the level and it may not need to be native.  You will either have held a dedicated Client role previously or, more likely, be a talented BDM with some client development experience seeking to further specialise in this area.
