Working for a global law firm, one of the first to champion a global client programme, and reporting to a newly appointed CMO; this role is one a few truly dedicated client focused roles in Singapore.
 
Managing between 3-5 of the firm’s key global clients and working alongside other client managers and client relationship partners internationally, your role will focus on developing client relationship programs, pursuit and pipeline development and intelligence gathering.  A role which requires you to be “out and about” in the field it is essential that you are highly organised, excellent at networking for business and have keen commercial acumen. 

Some other key activities of the role include:

  • Working closely with the relevant industry/practice BDs to stay up to date with current campaigns.
  • Working with business services teams to identify the most appropriate value added services to take to your clients.
  • Implementing the principles of the client development framework through regular interactions and coaching of the client teams.
  • Developing peer relationships with client contacts globally
  • Managing bids/panel reviews, participating in presentations where appropriate, working alongside the Strategic bids team, undertake win/loss analysis and conduct bid debriefs with the client 
  • Coaching partners and associates in the group as necessary to drive sales

Who should apply?

Manager/Senior Manager level sales/BD and client managers who have previous experience of managing key clients and developing strategic accounts.  You have probably honed your experience in a global professional services firm and may already be managing a major strategic client for your firm.
