    Description: This innovative law firm have now grown to a size where they require a head of HR who will have overall responsibility for leading and managing the HR function within the firm.  This role also provides an opportunity to contribute to the firm’s strategic objectives and shape the HR agenda required to achieve these.  The Head of HR will be required to identify HR solutions and strategies and ensure that the HR team delivers HR initiates throughout the business.
