The Opportunity – Head of Business Architecture
As a senior member of the Change and Business Improvement function the Head of Business Architecture is a newly created role that is playing a key part in delivering a radical change strategy that is reshaping the firm’s future operating model.
Working with global stakeholder groups the Head of Business Architecture will use a customer centric approach to identify, design, and deliver service solutions that drive efficiencies from across the functional areas and legal delivery teams that will ultimately deliver improved service levels for both internal operations and the firm’s clients.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Working with stakeholders to shape and produce service solution designs
- Overseeing the implementation of the service designs
- Consulting with the functions and other delivery partners to ensure a clear understanding of the service architecture proposals
- Retaining overall ownership of the service solution through transition into operation
This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates looking to work in a global role with complexity and scale. As such candidates will need to demonstrate large scale service/solution design experience gained from working in a complex environment. In addition, candidates will need to have worked with diverse stakeholder groups with different agendas to find alignment and drive consensus that have delivered holistic services solutions and tangible and commercial business benefits.
