Hannah brings to Totum a wealth of experience and has worked in recruitment for over 20 years, with the last eight years focusing on senior positions in people & culture, HR, L&D, DE&I, reward, recruitment and operations.

Hannah also specialises in ESG and responsible business positions and has worked in partnership with both boutique and global firms to appoint newly-created positions within this space. She established and continues to lead a successful ESG network for professionals working in sustainability and responsible business roles. The network has become a trusted and valued forum for sharing insights and information in this ever-evolving space.
