Briony Jenkins

Briony is a consultant specialising in recruiting mid-level people & culture and operations professionals across all disciplines – including generalist HR, recruitment, learning and development, reward, and HR operations. She also focuses on senior operations roles, such as business and practice managers.
Alongside her professional work, Briony actively supports Totum’s charity partners, including the Social Mobility Business Partnership (SMBP), where she takes part in their annual Resilience Day. She also sits on the Totum bursary board, helping to create meaningful opportunities for talented undergraduates from less advantaged backgrounds.
Before joining Totum, Briony gained more than ten years recruitment experience within an international agency in London attracting talent within the legal sector. Her time in the legal sector has given Briony a deep understanding of her clients’ needs, with an understanding there is no ‘one-size fits all’ approach, ensuring she listens to each client individually.
Briony is passionate about building long-term and successful client relationships by delivering results through a tailor-made approach.
Outside of work, Briony is a mum to three children, owner of two rescue cats and one dog, and is a life-long Leeds United fan, all of which require a sense of humour.
