Placing candidates at all levels, Carolyn works from junior roles through to management and head-of-level positions, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process to ensure strong outcomes for both clients and candidates. Carolyn also leads Totum’s annual Black History Month magazine, editing and writing its content, and regularly delivers talks and presentations on diversity initiatives. She enjoys building her community and nurturing strong network of candidates and clients, helping firms find the finance talent they need to succeed.
