Martyn brings to Totum 20 years’ recruitment experience in professional services. Since 2010, he has focused on senior finance roles in the legal and broader professional services sector, working across all sizes of law firm from magic circle to boutique operations and also accountancy practices, management consultancies and recruitment businesses.

He sees the sector as experiencing more change now than ever before. As firms continue to face both internal and external pressures, Martyn has the experience to help build finance teams that deliver positive change and drive sustained growth.
